| William Staab grew up in Waukesha, Wisconsin just west of Milwaukee.
In 1990 he moved west to Los Angeles, California where he worked as
the Mergers and Acquisitions Manager in Beverly Hills for Kennedy
Cabot & Co. brokerage firm until they were purchased by TD Waterhouse
investments in 1998. He then went on to www.Estyle.com as one of the first 20 employees of
the internet startup retailer; which after one year was the 10th
largest retailer on the internet.
He also worked as an inside sales representative for Dr. Bill Dorfman
of TV’s "Extreme Make Over" fame. In six months as an inside Sales
Representative he became the 15th top producer out of 300 Sales
Representatives in the entire company.
In June of 2004 Mr. Staab
decided to sell his home in Glendale, California and move to
Albuquerque, New Mexico for a better quality of life and less traffic;
which was the beginning of his interest in Albuquerque Real Estate.
Having moved to Albuquerque with a very trying and difficult closing
on his new home he decided could do it better and spare others the
same experience.
Mr. Staab has moved across the country twice and
understands the special needs of relocating clients. He negotiated his
own contracts with: Enterprise Rental Car, Ramada Hotels (Wyndham
